    Shipping Fees

    Free shipping on all DR products within the US, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan (China). For other countries or regions, the shipping cost calculation rule is basic shipping cost + 0.2% of the product price. The basic shipping cost is shown in the table.

    Please note that products shipped internationally may not be in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.

     

    Shipping Time

    All orders are shipped fully insured through UPS / FedEx / DHL Express services with Signature Confirmation. Please note that the production time for each ring is approximately 16+ business days, as each ring is custom made according to customer preference.     Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Prior to receiving your DarryRing order, the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. Customs policies vary depending on country. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for your current VAT rate and further details. Please always feel free to contact DarryRing customer service.

     

    Shipping Policies

    For your protection, DR always:

    1. Insures and registers all items for their full value.

    2. Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.

    PS: The charges are based on the pricing range of overseas courier charges, and any excess will be paid by DR first, and you might pay the related charges after receiving the goods. If you have any objections to the related charges, you can contact us.

     

    Return Policy

    Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following services to make your return experience as pleasant as possible:

    At DR, we offer a 15-day no-excuse return and exchange service, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 15 days after signing for the product.

    Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and accompanying materials, the packing slip, all diamond certificates, and after-sale service card (include name, address, phone, email, item, and service details), and shipped back to us within 5 days. Shipping fees and Customize fees are non-refundable.

    Non-Refundable Items

    • Returns that do not meet the return requirements will be rejected.
    • Special orders are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Shipping costs are borne by the customer and customization fees are non-refundable

    How To Return An Order

    • If you would like to change or cancel your order before shipping, please contact customer service by email (clientcare@darryring.com.). We will try our best to accommodate your changes, some changes will cause delays in shipping.
    • We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
    • Completed Orders return/exchange: there are no service fees for the return/exchange of completed orders. If you would like to return or exchange an order, please contact customer service by email(clientcare@darryring.com.), then send the product back by post and pay for shipping, insurance, and other customs charges associated with the shipment.
    • Ensuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

     

    After Your Return Is Received

    Upon receipt of a returned order, our Quality Assurance Department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. It takes approximately seven business days after receipt of the item to process the refund. Refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original purchase.
